DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Senese provide free delivery within Italy, EU, UK, and Switzerland for orders above €150. For orders below this bracket applies a €10 flat delivery rate. Deliveries are handled through DHL and are sent via express delivery once the order is ready. Orders are typically delivered within two to three working days but lead times can vary.
For orders to USA and Canada a flat rate of €30 apply to orders of small and standard size items. For large items and sinks the shipping fee will be calculated based on product, model and destination. Please contact our Sales department at info@senese-factory.com for more information.
For international deliveries outside the above-mentioned countries please contact our sales department at info@senese-factory.com for bespoke delivery solutions.
All Senese products are handcrafted and for items not held in stock delivery time is normally 4 to 6 weeks. Products with certain metal finishes and bespoke orders require up to 10 weeks delivery due to a more complex manufacturing process. Please check the delivery lead-times provided on each product page before placing your order.
Due to the manual manufacturing process additional delivery delays may occasionally occur. In the event a delay is expected you will be notified in due time. Senese is not liable for indirect, or consequential damages in the event of a delivery being delayed or incorrect.
If you need to amend your order after you placed it, please contact us at info@senese-factory.com within one working day. For orders that have been processed in our factories we are unable to apply modifications.
Email confirmation and tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
RETURNS
Senese is committed to satisfy its clients and for questions or concerns related to purchased products please forward them to service@senese-factory.com
Senese has a 10-day return policy for standard products, which means you have 10 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact info@senese-factory.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the return is received an inspected the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 10 working days. Senese is not able to cover for the return delivery fee and this amount will be deducted from the reimbursement.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception. All claims for shipping damage or shortage must be reported by email to info@senese-factory.com within 5 business days of delivery. After 5 business days, Senese will not assume responsibility for shipping damage or shortage.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Bespoke and custom made products can unfortunately not be returned unless defective or damaged.
