WARRANTY INFORMATION
All Senese products are made by expert artisans in Italy. Alongside state-of-the-art design and impeccable functionality, each item is imbued with the finest quality and most sophisticated touch. The company’s handmade manufacturing process may imply small variations in the finish of each product. This is part of the non-industrial nature of Senese’s quality. All Senese products are carefully controlled before leaving the factory to satisfy the most demanding requirements of each client.
REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT
Senese covers repair or replacement if the product within the applicable warranty period shall be proven defective. The warranty does not cover costs related to installation, labour or other incidental or consequential costs. Claim for warranty must be made within the warranty period and be accompanied with the proof of purchase. Senese strongly recommends having a professional plumber for all installation and repair.
WARRANTY
Plumbing and accessory products
Senese warrants 3-year guarantee for valves, cartridges, mechanical parts, and accessories from the initial date of delivery. The guarantee is non-transferable.
Sinks
Senese warrants 5-year guarantee for brass sinks and lifetime guarantee for all marble sinks. The guarantee is non-transferable.
*Senese brass and marble sinks shall never be cleaned using aggressive cleaners containing ammonia, bleach, acids, or abrasive cleaners.
Metal finishes
Senese warrants a 2-year guarantee, that the finish of all metal products shall be free from manufacturing defects two years from the initial date of delivery. The guarantee is non-transferable.
Finishes disclaimer
The Natural brass and Burnished brass finishes will patina with use and over time. Natural brass will stain and darken and particularly for parts that are in constant contact with water. The aging is part of the finish gives each product a unique beautiful character and does not constitute a defect or flaw. Burnished brass develops slight patina with use and, as for Natural brass, will develop highlights in high-touch areas. Since Burnished brass is a living finish and applied by hand, slight variations between items should be expected. This is a dynamic feature that gives each faucet a unique character over and does not constitute a defect or flaw.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The warranty guarantee does not apply to:
- Products aging due to normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or abuse
- Damage caused by aggressive cleaners containing ammonia, bleach, acids, or abrasive cleaners
- Products installed in a manner that does not comply with local requirements
- Products which have been repaired, altered, or modified
- Products which have been used in a manner contrary to the intended use
